Collagen Chia Oat Pudding

Ingredients

Chia Pudding

4 tbsp Chia seeds

1 c Oat milk

1 scoop SR® Unflavored Collagen Peptides

1 tbsp Maple syrup

1/8 c Pomegranate Powder

Chia Oats

2 c Rolled oats

1 c Oat milk

1 scoop SR® Unflavored Collagen Peptides

1 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds

4 tbsp Almond butter

2 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Make the Chia Pudding. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  2. Make the Chia Oats.  Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  3. Remove from the refrigerator and enjoy as breakfast or a midday snack.
