Healthy Matcha Fudge

A Keto-friendly, healthy fudge that is perfect for a snack throughout the day or addition to any meal. What's not to love? Theyโ€™re easy to make, filled with matcha flavor and healthy fats using our Matcha Collagen Peptides and Organic MCT C8.

Ingredients

1/2 c Coconut Oil, melted

2/3 c Cashew Butter, gooey 

3 tbsp Sports Research Organic MCT C8

60 g Sports Research Matcha Collagen Peptides

2 tbsp Honey

 

Instructions

Line or lightly spray a small baking dish.

In a bowl stir together melted coconut oil with gooey cashew butter until completely mixed in liquid form.

Stir in honey and MCT oil.

Mix in collagen using a fork until batter is thick. 

Pour into prepared dish.

Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour before cutting.

 

Notes

Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
