Healthy Matcha Fudge

A Keto-friendly, healthy fudge that is perfect for a snack throughout the day or addition to any meal. What's not to love? They’re easy to make, filled with matcha flavor and healthy fats using our Matcha Collagen Peptides and Organic MCT C8.

Ingredients

1/2 c Coconut Oil, melted

2/3 c Cashew Butter, gooey 

3 tbsp Sports Research Organic MCT C8

60 g Sports Research Matcha Collagen Peptides

2 tbsp Honey

 

Instructions

Line or lightly spray a small baking dish.

In a bowl stir together melted coconut oil with gooey cashew butter until completely mixed in liquid form.

Stir in honey and MCT oil.

Mix in collagen using a fork until batter is thick. 

Pour into prepared dish.

Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour before cutting.

 

Notes

Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
