Ingredients

1 Capsule SR Daily Probiotics (powder removed from capsule)
1.5 Bananaย 
ยฝ cup Blueberriesย 
ยฝ cup Blackberries
ยพ cup Pineapple
ยฝ Avocadoย 
7oz Yogurt of Choiceย  (greek, nut based, or regular)ย 
3/4 cup Almond Milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
*Fruits are best frozen for optimal texture and temperature. Ice can be added if desired.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until you have reached desired consistency
  3. Pour into a bowl
  4. Addย your favoriteย toppings! Weย topped ours with banana, kiwi, blueberries, coconut, & chia seeds!
