Ingredients

2 Bananas, frozenย 

ยพ cups of Rolled Oats

ยฝ cup Milk of Choice

1 scoop SRยฎ Vanilla Collagen Peptidesย 

1 tbsp Honeyย 

ยผ tsp Cardamom

ยผ tsp Cinnamonย 

ยผ tsp Ground Ginger

Dash of Ground Nutmegย 

Dash of Ground Cloves

Toppings: Coconut Flakes, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until you reach a thick, smooth consistency. Pour into a bowl, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
