Ingredients:

Makes about 2 ยฝ cups (8-10 2oz bottles)

  • 3 Lemons, peeledย 

  • 2 small tangerines, peeledย 

  • 1 cup fresh ginger, chopped

  • ยผ cup fresh turmeric, choppedย 

  • 1 scoop ofย Sports Research Creatine Monohydrate

  • ยผ tsp cayenne pepper

  • โ…› tsp fresh cracked pepper

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 cups filtered water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients by removing the peel from lemons and tangerines, and chop ginger and turmeric (with the skin on) into small chunks.

  2. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes.ย 

  3. Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the juice into a bowl or measuring cup. Pour the juice directly into the strainer, and use a spoon to move it around until only the pulp is left.

  4. Using a funnel, pour the strained liquid into individual bottles and store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
