Ingredients:
Makes about 2 ยฝ cups (8-10 2oz bottles)

3 Lemons, peeledย

2 small tangerines, peeledย

1 cup fresh ginger, chopped

ยผ cup fresh turmeric, choppedย

1 scoop ofย Sports Research Creatine Monohydrate

ยผ tsp cayenne pepper

โ tsp fresh cracked pepper

2 tbsp honey

2 cups filtered water
Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients by removing the peel from lemons and tangerines, and chop ginger and turmeric (with the skin on) into small chunks.

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes.ย

Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the juice into a bowl or measuring cup. Pour the juice directly into the strainer, and use a spoon to move it around until only the pulp is left.

Using a funnel, pour the strained liquid into individual bottles and store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
