Pre Sweat Citrus Starter Smoothie

Ingredients

Bottom Layer:

1 scoop SR Pre Sweat Citrus Starter 

1 cup Frozen Strawberry

2 tbsp Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Orange Juice

Handful of Ice 

Top Layer:

1/2 cup Frozen banana 

1/2 cup Frozen mango

2 tbsp Yogurt 

1/4 cup Orange Juice

Handful of Ice

1 tbsp Chia seed (stir in after blending)

 

Instructions

1. Blend bottom layer together and pour into a glass. 

2. Blend top layer together and pour into the same glass. Stir in Chia seeds after blending. 

3. Enjoy!

Post Sweat Blue Razz Smoothie

Ingredients

Bottom Layer:

1 scoop SR Post Sweat Blue Razz

1/2 cup Frozen blueberries 

1/2 cup Frozen banana

Handful Fresh Spinach 

2 tbsp Yogurt

1/4 cup Almond milk

Handful of ice

Top Layer:

1 cup Frozen banana

2 tbsp Yogurt

1/4 cup Almond milk 

Handful of ice

1 tbsp Chia Seeds (stir in after blending)

Instructions

1. Blend bottom layer together and pour into a glass. 

2. Blend top layer together and pour into the same glass. Stir in Chia seeds after blending. 

3. Enjoy!
