Maple Pecan Collagen Nicecream

There's a lot of options when it comes to making a Thanksgiving dessert, it can be a bit overwhelming. After slaving over the oven making a massive feast, the last thing you want to do is make complex pies that attempt to meet all of your guests tastebuds. Is it really worth the effort?

Instead, you can whip up a decadent, nicecream using just a few healthy ingredients. And we promise, the taste will satisfy all of those sweet fall cravings without the guilt!

Prep Time: 15 min

Passive Time: 6 hours

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

1 can Coconut Cream, full fat

1 cup Milk, oat or coconut

1/3 c Sports Research Vanilla Collagen Peptides

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

2 tbsp Pecans, chopped

2 tbsp Chocolate Chips

4-5 Ice cubes 

Instructions

Food process all ingredients together except pecans and chocolate chips until fully blended.

Hand mix in pecans and chips.

Transfer mixture into a 8x4 glass dish that can be fully seal covered.
Place in freezer for 4-6 hours.

Notes

Let thaw for 15 minutes before serving!
