Spring Hydration Smoothie Bowl

Happy Spring SR Fam! There's no better way to fuel your body this season than with a refreshing, hydrating smoothie bowl. The blend of peaches, pineapple and lime along with our Organic MCT Oil will give you all the tropical vibes! Kick off your weekend morning or satisfy your post workout with this tasty, creamy treat. 

 

Ingredients

Frozen peaches, handful

Frozen pineapple, handful 

Coconut water, ⅓ cup 

Fresh lime juice, 1-2 tbsp 

Fresh mint, a few small leaves 

Raw honey, 1 tbsp 

1-2 tbsp SR® Organic MCT Oil 

Berries, bee pollen and mint leaves for topping


Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until you reach a smooth consistency. Pour into a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy!
