ICYMI: During the month of December, our social media team challenged our community to stay fit during the holiday season with Operation Holiday Fit. Each week one of our team members shared a favorite workout, recipe, and tip they used to stay active and healthy during the holidays. We've recapped the challenge here to inspire you to continue your fitness journey leading into the New Year.
