The Winter Wellness Guide

As seasons change, so does our wellness routine. Winter brings a lot of wonderful things: snowfall, cozy sweaters, and holiday cheer. It also brings some not so great things for our self care: dry skin, damaged hair, and weakened immunity. So you can embrace the joy of the season and handle the drawbacks with ease, we've curated a wellness guide to help you practice self care during this dry, chilly time of year.

Dehydrated Skin

How it happens:

Cold, dry windy weather and a drop in humidity makes it difficult for your skin to retain sufficient moisture.

How to fix it:

Moisturize often, use natural oils like Organic Jojoba Oil. For extra support, take skin supportive supplements like Collagen Beauty Complex and Phytoceramides.

Damaged Hair

How it happens:

A combination of cold weather outside and dry indoor heat that leads to split ends and breakage.

How to fix it:

Shampoo less and use natural oils like Organic Argan Oil to lock in extra moisture. Cut down on using hot styling tools and give your hair extra support with Biotin and Collagen Peptides.

Weakened Immunity

How it happens:

A combination of cold temperatures and low levels of Vitamin D from shorter days and less time spent in the sun.

How to fix it:

Spend time outside when you can. Exercise and turn up your daily immune support with Zinc, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D. You can stock up on all three with our Immune Support bundle.
