The Workout

Touchdown Jump Squats : 10-12 reps

Banded Lunges: 10-12 reps per side 

One-Arm Bent Over Rows: 10-12 reps per side

Clock Lunges: 10-12 reps per side

Lateral Banded Walk : 10-12 reps each way

Squats with Resistance: 10-12 reps

Complete this set 3 times for a sweaty and intense workout!
