Our hearts are the most essential body part that never stops working for us. The least we can do is keep them strong and healthy. One of the best ways to do this is through exercise. 


The Workout

Then:

Butt Kicks - 30x

High Knees - 30x

Burpees - 10x

Jump Squats - 10x

Jump Rope (again) - 1 minute

 

Repeat 4x
