Kettlebell Workout For Beginners

Staying home for the last year and a half has forced a lot of us to rethink our lifestyle and how we fulfill our health goals. With the rise of home workouts and gyms, we wanted to share a few kettlebell exercises that are easy to learn and great for full body toning. Whether you're in the living room or out in the backyard, make sure to grab your Sweet Sweat and Waist Trimmer - this workout is guaranteed to get you sweaty! 


Exercise 1: Around the body pass - 15 reps each 

Exercise 2: Two arm row - 15 reps

Exercise 3: Kettlebell Squat - 15 reps

Exercise 4: Half get up - 15 reps each side

Exercise 5: Windmill - 15 reps each side

Exercise 6: Goblet Squat - 15 reps

Exercise 7: Russian swing - 15 reps

Perform 3 rounds total, 2-3 times a week.
