Park Bench Workout

As the winter season ends, we're all fighting a bit of seasonal depression. The best way to beat it? An outdoor workout!

Grab your Sweet Sweat Yoga Mat, Mini Loop bands and hat. Head to the park and find a solid bench. These quick and effective lower-body exercises are sure to get your booty moving and burning.  

 

 We recommend doing each move for 30 seconds per side, 3 sets total. Challenge yourself to more sets or longer intervals if you want to work up an even bigger sweat!
